Sometimes our private dance parties are the most spiritual experiences 🕺🏼✨

All jokes aside, dancing is SO healing 🤍

But measuring your life this way will always leave you feeling like you fell short. 😕

Tonight, try asking a different question: ‘Did I treat myself like someone I love today?’ 🤔

Were you kind to yourself? Forgiving? Appreciative? ❤️

Give yourself permission to shift the metric.
