Whatever I have done, acheived or succeeded in is owed to relentless obsession. A focus that was never going to be broken or interupted . I woke up , and still to this day , everyday happy and excited to start again , no matter how great or bad things were going . My mind was un-f**king- breakable .

✂️Today , just an hour before all the Muay Thai Class got on it's way , I added" Barber" to my resume. My boy Timothy needed a trim , left the gym looking better than George Clooney in his heyday🎩

Suzanne fought in the CMTO finals for the gold on Sunday. It was a great fight , she lost the decision but won a husband. Daniel dropped to one knee and popped the question . It was a very special moment .
