Throwback to a year ago we’re professsor .racine93 .manigram and all won gold at the Ontario Open. ended up also taking bronze in his division after multiple matches.

The overall team ended up taking 3rd in team points

Two new classes have been added on Thursdays

1️⃣Open Practice 6:00pm-7:00pm
An opportunity for you to freely use our mat space with others to practice technique, get some rounds in, or learn something new with the shared space.
2️⃣Women’s Self Defense 7:00pm-8:00pm
A self-defense class exclusive to women only, focused with a grappling base. Open to all levels from someone who wants to learn the basics of defending themselves to someone wanting to add new techniques!

Our other classes remain the same. All classes welcome all levels and are open to everyone. See you on the mats 👊🔥
