And we’re back! Starting winter training strong for next season! Working up an appetite




And that's a wrap! With Quebec Cup over, we've successfully concluded our 2023 season. This year has been truly exceptional. Our team expanded with BananaSwift and BananaBros, welcomed new captains, and trained really hard while sharing plenty of laughs along the way. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you for making this season incredible. Big shout out to our awesome coaches Jenn and Xiao, for always having our backs and steering us in the right direction. But guess what? It's not over just yet! If you're eager to be a part of our winter training for 2024, don't hesitate to slide into our DMs!
