NEW SET TEACHER 💛
MEET MAËLLE THOMAS- TRAORÉ

Born and raised in Montreal, Maëlle has always cultivated a curiosity for movement – her diverse background includes dancing, climbing, running, and yoga…

However, her passion for pilates began with her love of the method and her desire to share it, she became a certified instructor on mat and apparatus with Ann McMillan Pilates.

Enthusiastic yet gentle, she pays particular attention to the precision and intention behind each movement.
As such, through breath and strengthening, Maëlle hopes to use pilates to support and guide towards a broader understanding of what living in our bodies could mean.

WE ARE THRILLED to have her be part of the SET team!
