**Change in location for the Saturday morning classes for the month of August!**
Just wanted to let everyone know that for the month of August all the Saturday 9:00 am Zumba in the Park classes will take place down by the Vimy Place memorial. Thank you for understanding. See you all there 💃.

And honestly, that's the energy we're bringing to Zumba in the Park.
This Saturday, April 25 at 9:00 am, we are starting off with some awesome (possibly familiar 😜) tunes, movement and plenty of smiles. Zumba in the park with Vickyq.fitness will take place every Tuesday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am (weather permitting) in Girouard Park, NDG, going forward.
No pressure or perfect moves, just a chance to get outside, dance it out, laugh a little (or alot 🤣), and have some fun together. So bring your energy, your friends and maybe even your little hype crew.

To all me fellow Zumba in the park goers,
Unfortunately, with all this snow so early in the season, I am going to have to end Zumba in the park for 2025 (I thought for sure we could go to the end of November 😢, but these conditions aren't good or safe for outdoor Zumba). I want to thank everyone that came out from August to November. Through heat, drizzle and some cool weather you guys were the real champs 💃.
Side note: Thank you all for being so much fun, this group has 100% kept me going, starting back four months postpartum wasn't easy. But seeing the same faces who have shown up year after year, and a couple new faces, reminded me why I do this. So thank you all.
I wish we could of had more of a proper goodbye 😢. But wishing everyone all the best over the winter season. See you in spring 2026! 💃

I just want to take a second to thank everyone who comes out every spring, summer, and fall for Zumba in the park. Five years already of dancing outside with some great people. Many who have been with me since day one or at least for a couple of years now. It's exactly why I love my job. We usually end with a super fun Halloween celebration, and this year, you all showed up with some great costumes and amazing energy. But we are not ending it here. I have decided, since many of you have asked, that we will continue our outdoor classes for a little longer. So bundle up, and get ready to keep dancing away 💃. And for those of you who wish to join we are in Girouard Park, every Tuesday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am. And I can guarantee you won't feel the cold for very long 😁.

Come join me, Tuesday, October 28, at 7:30 pm and Saturday, November 1 at 9:00 am for a special Zumba Halloween party in Girouard Park.
Everyone is welcome, and it's free! So bring your friends and family and dance along to some of your Halloween favorites.
Costumes are optional but definitely encouraged 👻🧙♀️👺.
