From 2003, I worked as a yoga teacher in Nik Rah Sports Club and Satyam Yoga Center in Tehran. After moving to Montreal, I joined to the Francophone Yoga Federation as a certified member in Montreal. Gentler than some popular forms of yoga in the West, the Satyananda system incorporates the whole person, not just the body. I prepare individual yoga programs based on your needs and goals. I have yoga programs which helps to keep healthy, have nice posture, and become more physical confident. Being extremely interested in potential of yoga techniques and their limits, I pay attention on the relaxation techniques, which provides an opportunity to reduce muscle tension, anxiety, restore balance, and reduce stress level significantly. We only got one life to live, so might as well live it with love and grace. To love is to be present, calm and at peace which I hope you will find at one of my classes one day!
