Rafting Arundel

Aujourd'hui, j'ai été attaqué par un berger allemand. J'ai toujours vécu entouré d'animaux et je connais beaucoup de gros chiens impressionnants qui me chargent, mais je sais qu'ils ont bon cœur.
L'un d'eux est un énorme pitbull, un chien formidable. Il m'est même arrivé de me laisser mordre (véridique !).

Mais aujourd'hui, c'était différent. Dès que je suis apparu dans mon bureau, sur les rochers au bord de la rivière 😅, il a foncé sur moi à une quinzaine de mètres (en aboyant), mordant l'air pour m'atteindre.

Je dirais qu'il pesait entre 30 et 40 kilos. Heureusement, j'étais en haut d'une paroi rocheuse abrupte qu'il a dû escalader. Il l'a fait rapidement, mais cela l'a ralenti une fois arrivé en haut.

À portée de morsure, il a bondi sur moi, crocs en avant. Je n'avais pas bougé d'un pouce jusque-là et je lui ai donné un coup de pied aussi fort que possible pour le déséquilibrer. Il a failli dégringoler la paroi rocheuse, mais il a continué sa route, m'a dépassé et s'est arrêté à environ trois mètres, dans la direction opposée, en se retournant et en grognant.

J'ai attrapé la plus grosse bûche sèche que j'ai pu trouver tandis que sa maîtresse, à moitié nue et pesant près de 40 kilos, accourait après lui en hurlant. Elle ne s'est pas excusée et semblait même agacée que je la fasse taire d'un coup de pied. Quelle bête incontrôlable !

S'il vous plaît, si vous avez des chiens aussi imprévisibles, NE LES EMMENEZ PAS À LA PLAGE SANS LAISSE ! Nous avons eu de la chance qu'il n'ait pas réussi à m'attraper le bras comme il en avait envie

I was attacked by a German Shepard today.

I have grown up with animal my whole life, I know many big scary dogs that do charge at me but I know they are good hearted. One is a huge pitbull , cool dog. I have even allowed dogs to bite me ( true story)

But today was different, as soon as I stepped into view. In my very own office, on the rocks by the river 😅, he charged at me from about 50 feet away barking) biting at the air to get to me. I would guess he was about 70-90 pound of German Shepard bearing down at me.

Thankfully I was at the top of a steep rockface that he had to climb, and he did it fast but it slowed him down as he reached the top and within biting distance of me he lunged teeth first.
I had not moved an inch until this moment and I kicked him as hard as I could knocking him off balance. He almost tumbled back down the rock face but continued past me and stopped about ten feet away in the opposite direction but looking back and growling.

I grabbed the largest dried log I could find as his half naked, 90 lb owner came running after him screaming

She did not apologise and even seemed annoyed that I kicked her out of control beast from hell

Please if you have dogs that are that unpredictable DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE BEACH UNLEASHED !!!!!
