The fundamental concepts of pops will be demystified, we will utilise connection to create power and generate height, and learn how to spot with finesse to keep each other safe and smiling throughout the journey.
This workshop has something for everyone, with Trassy’s extensive experience with dynamic skills there will always be optional challenges available, but the core concepts and techniques will apply at any stage of your dynamics journey, whether it’s Day 1 or Day 1,000!
No specific prerequisites needed beyond some experience with AcroYoga already. The class will be tailored to fit the group, with progressions and additional challenges available throughout to match where you’re at.
