Strength in Numbers is Orangetheory’s original template-designed to deliver a total-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and row power in one 60-minute session.

You’ll rotate through the treadmill, rower, and weight floor in a heart rate-based format that keeps you challenged, motivated, and moving from start to finish.

3. Push the inclines. On the tread, incline is your secret weapon-don’t be afraid to challenge yourself!
4. Power your row. Strong pulls and a fast recovery = more watts,

5. Lift with intention. Focus on good form and progressive overload to build strength safely.
6. Recover to perform. Use rest and active recovery to reset so you can give your best in the next block.
