Our 2026 Competitive Intensive Summer Training includes Flexibility and Strength training, work on Body and Apparatus skills, Ballet, Routine Choreography and Mental Game training with an expert High Performance and Mental Game Coach!

And once again, that’s a wrap on another great competition season! We have had the incredible privilege of watching yet another generation of girls blossom into successful and confident young gymnasts who have topped the podium in every provincial competition! We have witnessed the development of an amazing national team and watched them compete and proudly stand on the podium in several international competitions this season! We are so proud of you all! Big Congratulations to our girls on the many achievements and milestones this year! Your hard work led to podium finishes throughout the season and we couldn’t be more proud!

A massive Thank You to our amazing coaches for all their dedication! Without your guidance and expertise none of this would be possible!

5th International City of Verbania Tournament in Verbania, Italy was an absolutely great international experience! With gymnasts from 11 countries we are very proud of the great results our Newnorth girls achieved! ✨
