The 2026 Ontario Summer Games are officially underway, and the Mississauga Southwest Hurricanes are incredibly proud to be part of this prestigious event! 🌪️🥎💙

The Ontario Summer Games are the province’s largest multi-sport event, bringing together approximately 4,200 athletes, coaches, and team staff from across Ontario. Over four exciting days, competitors aged 12–18 will showcase their talents in 23 different sports, representing the very best young athletes in the province. (Waterloo 2026 Summer Games⁠)

To earn a spot at the Games is an achievement in itself, reflecting months of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Our Hurricanes are honoured to wear the Mississauga Southwest colours and compete alongside Ontario’s top athletes while creating memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Good luck to all of our players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and every athlete competing this weekend. Enjoy every moment, compete with pride, and represent your communities with heart!

Back by popular demand!
Join us this summer for our annual pitching camp! Designed to help young female softball players build confidence, refine their mechanics, and develop a strong foundation in the circle.
Across seven focused sessions, athletes will receive hands-on instruction from experienced Canadian collegiate softball players, Taylor Crocker, Taylor Wilson and Emma Purnell, who bring both high-level knowledge and a passion for mentorship.

7 Sessions: May 15, 22, 29, June 19, 26, July 10 and 24, 2026

Cost: $105
