1. Single-Arm Cable Pulldown
Strengthen your lats, improve shoulder stability, and build better pulling strength. Drive your elbow toward your hip while keeping your core braced and avoiding any torso rotation.
2. Deficit Smith Machine Reverse Lunges
Elevating your front foot increases the range of motion, placing greater emphasis on the glutes and hamstrings while improving balance, stability, and single-leg strength.
3. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row (Leg Elevated)
Challenge your balance while targeting the lats, rhomboids, rear delts, glutes, and core. Keep your hips square and squeeze your shoulder blade at the top of each rep.
4. Cable Triceps Extension
Build stronger, more defined triceps with constant tension throughout the movement. Keep your elbows locked at your sides and fully extend your arms before controlling the weight back.
5. Sled Push
Finish with a full-body conditioning exercise that develops leg drive, power, work capacity, and mental toughness. Stay low, keep your core tight, and drive through the floor with every step.
