Remember a few years back, how popular the "dad bod" was?
In fact, I think I even saw a study that 66 percent of women preferred a dad bod on a guy. (It was a flawed study but I digress)
Somewhere along this phase, men started believing that:
Low energy
Having belly fat
Low T levels
Low muscle mass
Poor sleep
Joint pain.
Was just a part of "getting older".
For me?
Couldn't disagree more with that.
If that's the life you want to choose, then I respect that as I don't judge anyone, just like I hope you don't judge me.
But it's not what I believe in..
Getting older in my mind should be about:
Getting in the best shape of your life✅
Having muscle mass so you can skyrocket your confidence and better yourself ✅
Dropping belly fat so you have higher T levels for your age✅
Not waking up every day groaning in joint pain✅
Waking up feeling good, and not dragging through the day with low energy✅
Here's a stat for you...
1 in 25,000 men have visible 4-6 abs shown, which is 0.004 percent
And 0.7 to 1 percent of men in Canada/US, make a million dollars a year.
So it's EASIER to become a millionaire, than it is to have ripped abs..
Think about that...
If you want to be the 1 in 25,000 guy...
And stop settling for low energy, belly fat, low t levels, low muscle mass, joint pain, and always feeling tired?

Nothing more frustrating when you're pumping weights constantly in the gym, but you look at yourself in the mirror and you don't have muscle.
(I was that guy before)
There are 3 reasons why this happens though and I can tell you first hand from experience..
1️⃣Doing the same thing over and over again.
This is the low hanging fruit..
If you're doing the same exercises, using the same weights , doing the same reps?
It makes sense why you haven't progressed
2️⃣Not recovering enough.
I used to crush myself in the gym with tons of volume.
There's something called a "stimulus to fatigue" ratio..
Meaning if the stimulus, (working sets to your muscles) is LESS than the fatigue you're adding on (volume, just doing high impact exercises), then you're not gonna add muscle
3️⃣Doing redundant movements.
This kind of ties in to point 2.
But if you're doing 3 variations of a horizontal press for example in a workout, (pushups, presses, flys etc) then once again you're just adding on a ton of fatigue and you're just doing more harm than good.
Change angles up. (Example, bench press, incline press, dips, targeting all portions of the chest)
If you want an example of a simple workout plan you can do that will actually make you look like you lift?

Summer is around the corner which means more social events, which means more food and drinks..
Most guys who are INTO fitness, don't have a weekday problem.
They have a weekend problem.
You're probably getting your 2-4 workouts in consistently.
Your nutrition for the most part is pretty good on the weekdays and maybe you're even tracking your calories.
But when the weekend comes?
All hell breaks loose..
More drinks..
More higher calorie food...
Less tracking.. (if any tracking at all)
And then next thing you know, the scale isn't going down and you aren't making any progress.
I'm the kind of guy who goes harder on the weekends myself.
More pizza, more Whiskey, more higher calorie foods
But I have a plan...
And I stay lean year round even though my weekend calories are higher because I follow a plan.
So if you want to get lean this summer while still having some of those favourite foods?
You can legit just copy exactly what I do.. (and tailor it to the foods that you enjoy)
If you want it?
Dm me or comment "weekend warrior ", and I'll send you the game plan that I do, and that hundreds of guys do to get lean🔥
