Meet Nancy. She's in her 90s and showing up for yoga today.
Nancy first discovered yoga while living in India in 1972. She told us that no matter where she's lived, she's always been able to find a yoga class.
Today also happens to be her 70th wedding anniversary.
A beautiful reminder that yoga isn't about age—it's about continuing to show up for yourself.

The best way to quiet a busy mind is to move your body.
Stress lives in the body, and movement helps release it. Add in a little fresh air, sunshine, laughter, and connection, and you've got some of the best medicine life has to offer.
