Meet Nancy. She's in her 90s and showing up for yoga today.

Nancy first discovered yoga while living in India in 1972. She told us that no matter where she's lived, she's always been able to find a yoga class.

Today also happens to be her 70th wedding anniversary.

A beautiful reminder that yoga isn't about age—it's about continuing to show up for yourself.

Happy 70th Anniversary, Nancy. ❤️

Join us this SUNDAY for a special Qigong Workshop. Qigong is energy work using meditation, breathwork, energy practices, and relaxation techniques. You'll learn simple practices to calm the nervous system, restore balance in body and mind, improve energy, reduce stress, sleep more deeply, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself. No experience is necessary. Join us on Sunday, July 5, from 2:00–4:00 PM at Resilience Yoga. $37 + HST per person. This workshop usually fills up quickly, so register today to reserve your spot.

Join us every Saturday for a grounding class designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and explore deeper poses through mindful movement and longer holds. A welcoming space to challenge yourself, slow down, and grow your practice—one breath at a time.
