Iโve recently looked through some accounting webpages, and hereโs what stuck out to me.
โWe give you value, peace of mind, and clarity.โ
โService thatโs approachable, accessible, and accountable.โ
All good things, yet a lot of businesses give an opening statement thatโs generic enough to apply to any service business.
To be appealing to someone, it canโt be for everyone.
Ask: What problem are you solving, what outcomes does your ideal market look for?
Here are some good examples I came across:

Persuasion is a critical leadership skill.
(And not just so you get your way more often)

But when you understand what others value, how they think, and what motivates them, you can get into alignment faster.

There is an incredible shift that happens when you stop just absorbing big ideas and finally start building the map to achieve them.
Last Friday, Ola, Bhavin, and I hosted our local GrowthCLUB workshop, channeling all that momentum from the James Vincent Seminar a week before into raw ex*****on.
Real growth means sitting down to do the work, making hard decisions, and avoiding common ex*****on traps.
We broke down OKRs, (objectives and key results), plus the major OKR mistakes holding business owners back, such as:
โข Setting too many objectives or low-value goals.
โข Disguising "business-as-usual" tasks as growth.
โข Insufficient key results and a lack of team alignment.
โข Linking OKRs to employee evaluations instead of growth.
After a morning of strategic learning, collaborative problem-solving, and lunch, everyone spent the afternoon heads-down on their actual roadmaps.
I challenged every entrepreneur in the room with one question:

To counter this, add CNEs (Critical Non-Essentials). These are small, unexpected gestures that arenโt required, but make a massive emotional impact because they surprise the customer.
