As per a requirement from the Dragway's insurance provider, 𝑨𝑳𝑳 𝑹𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 & 𝑷𝒊𝒕 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒘 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔 must sign this waiver and release form through an online provider called SmartWaiver. Paper copies will no longer be used or accepted by the insurance provider.
Please go to this link on your smartphone and follow the process to sign the waiver and release form.

𝐎𝐑 scan the QR Code.

You will be asked for your name, cell number, to confirm your age, and then you will be asked if you want to receive a link to the waiver.
When you receive the link, open and follow the directions. You will be asked to take a photo, read the waiver and sign.
After you submit, you will receive a link via text or email of your confirmation.
Save that link so it can be shown at each race event you attend at Miramichi Dragway. Or better yet, take a picture of the confirmation and show that when you arrive to register.

You will only have to do this one time and it is good for the whole 2026 season.

We have access to the list to confirm on our end which racers have signed.

Parents 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 sign for minors.
If you don't have a smartphone, or need help with this, staff at the tech building will help.
