Ontario Cycling is gearing up for the 2027 racing season! đźš´
Official Expressions of Interest (EOI) for our preliminary 2027 calendar will open on September 14th, 2026, but we wanted to give clubs and event organizers an early heads up!
We are inviting clubs and event organizers to apply to host Ontario Cup events in the following disciplines: Mountain Bike, Road and Gravel, with Cyclo-Cross opportunities opening later in the season.
Hosting an Ontario Cup is an exciting opportunity to showcase your community, highlight your course and play a role in delivering competitive cycling opportunities across Ontario. 🏆
Stay tuned for the full announcement and application details launching September 14th! Please note that this timeline is for inclusion in our preliminary calendar. Applications may still be submitted after the deadline, but with limited space on the calendar, preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.

One weekend. Two Mountain Bike Events.
We need riders on the start line! Sault Ste. Marie is gearing up for an incredible double-header weekend this September 5 & 6, and now is the time to register and be part of the action.
Hosted by the Sault Cycling Club at Hiawatha Highlands, riders will experience more than 60 km of world-class trails, from fast-flowing cross-country singletrack to technical features that will challenge every skill level. Just minutes from downtown, Sault Ste. Marie has quickly become one of Ontario’s premier mountain bike destinations.
Whether you’re chasing a national title, OCup points, or simply an unforgettable weekend on the bike, these events need riders like you to make the weekend one to remember!

The Fall Epic 8 Hour Mountain Bike Relay is back, bringing together everything we love about mountain biking, camaraderie, sportsmanship, competition and a great day on the trails!
The challenge is simple: complete as many laps as possible on the 10 km course before the 8 hours are up. Take on the challenge solo or gather your crew and race as a 2-person, 3–4 person or 5–6 person team, taking turns out on course throughout the day.
Whether you’re chasing the podium, challenging yourself to see how many laps you can complete, or simply looking for an unforgettable day of riding with friends, the Epic 8 Hour has something for everyone. 💪🚴
