The Karma Concert is a non-profit event that brings together talented local musicians to perform while raising funds for a deserving local charity.

The New York Islanders just unveiled their new third jersey featuring a lighthouse, and as the Georgian Bay Islanders, we’re pretty big fans of the concept.

Our lighthouse was a big part of the thought and meaning behind our own identity. For us, it represents guidance, connection, strength and a sense of home — a pretty fitting symbol for a hockey community built around Georgian Bay.

So seeing the NHL’s Islanders put a lighthouse at the centre of their new design? We’re pretty excited to see it.

We may be a little biased, but we think they made a great choice.

Each box is $69.99 and contains 24 naturally flavored energy gels that can be consumed before or during games. A much healthier option than energy bars and drinks for about the same price. Our family will easily go through 4 boxes a year with 2 hockey players that are also involed in off season rep sports as well, plus school sports. These are not just for hockey.
