Just finished an awesome night coaching MMA to Xavier & Xander. Keep up the hard work and I'm proud of of the two of you

I just finished a killer 2 hour 10 minute full body strength & conditioning circuit training session. No A/C , Windows closed, 30 degrees in my work out room. It included intervals of 7 minute rounds of shadow MMA 7 minute rounds of tossing a heavy bag with movement, ground & pound, working submissions 7 minute rounds on the heavy bag.

This morning it was awesome seeing and working with Mia Kelyn . Worked on striking. Lacey-Jane was helping out

If you want something bad enough you got to put in the work even on the days that you don't feel like it. Your WHY has to be greater than motivation, dedication and drive have to push you. Everyone wants everything easy, but that's not how it works. Push & fight for your goals and dreams no matter what

I just finished a phenomenal 2 hour full body strength & conditioning circuit training session. As a 53 year old cancer survivor and 40 years in the Martial Arts, if you want it bad enough you got to embrace the grind, put in the work , push yourself harder every day to get better. You have to take the highs & lows, the good & bad, feeling at your best & struggling, being dedicated, committed, the heart & drive to succeed no matter what.
