🏊 BRONZE PREP COURSE | AGES 12+ 🏊

Thinking about taking a Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or another lifesaving course this winter? Our Bronze Prep Course is a great way to get a head start and build confidence before taking the next step!

Participants will practice many of the skills and physical requirements they may see in future lifesaving courses, including:

• 400m endurance swim
• Brick carries/retrievals
• Timed sprints
• Underwater swimming
• Rescue techniques and the rescue ladder
• Introduction to different First Aid items and equipment
• Lifesaving skills, fitness, and water confidence

This course is all about practicing, preparing, and becoming more comfortable with the skills needed for Bronze-level training.
