Founded in 1998, Blackmon Performance Horses strives to train top quality performance horses using our "Performance Horsemanship Method".

"Performance Horsemanship" is a method of training, trainer, Adam Blackmon, has developed over the years through attending clinics with some of the worlds best, working for top trainers, and letting the horses teach him through trial and error. It is a gentle, positive way for horses to understand us and what we ask of them. Whether its Reining, Cutting, Cowhorse, Roping, Barrels or Jumping, our horses need us to guide them with respect and fairness and a gentle hand.
