Sept is coming fast, do you want a fun activity that will benefit your health ? Come join us at centre Jacques LeBlanc. Go at your own pace and train to the level of competion you wish for. From the world stage to local tournements, or just do the classes and get in shape. Whatever you are looking for in a martial arts school, we can provide. Looking forward to seeing all the returning students and new faces as well.

The first part of 7 for the black belt testing will be on August 23rd. It will start at 11:00 am at my place. Shihan Ray and I had a meeting this am. He is still on Vacation and i am advertising this for everyone. It is only open to Green belts and up that will be passing Brown and Black belt.It is mandatory for all black Belts going for any rank in the near future to be here.
