We had such a great first training camp and couldn’t be more excited for the season ahead. We put in the work, challenged ourselves, and most importantly, grew together as a team.

Dayna's summer has been full of adventure and forward momentum!
From a two-week family trip to Iceland (complete with meeting extended family and touring the whole island) to lake days in Lake Country and long hours in the gym training, working with clients, and helping bring the new wellness center to life, she's made the most of every part of her off-season.
