The 15th Annual Melfort Multi - K medal design contest was a huge success and we’re thrilled to announce the winning design comes from Amy Madraga!

Amy’s artwork was everything we were looking for and more. Her design will be proudly featured on every finishers medal this year - a keepsake runners will treasure long after race day.

Congratulations, Amy! 🎉

A huge thank you to all the students from all 4 schools in Melfort for submitting your designs. We had over 150 design submissions. And an extra special shoutout to the teachers who made this possible by encouraging, guiding and supporting their students. Your dedication helps bring community events like this to life.

We are a few months away from our annual Deadlift 4 NCHCF event OCTOBER 24th 12pm!

Get registered by Oct. 16th!!!

New this year a youth division: 14 & under $20 for 3 lifts!!!

We respectfully request that our gym members extend courtesy to all other gym members using the same equipment, recognizing that weight capacities may vary. We also kindly ask that you thoughtfully return all equipment to its original position following your session. We appreciate your business and strive to maintain a pleasant experience for all members with gym etiquette.
