Tonight, I had the privilege of enjoying an incredible multi-course meal with renowned chef and Filipino brother, Mark Almond Singson YVR 🇵🇭🇨🇦.

It absolutely blew my taste buds away — a true journey through taste and culture. I loved the food, the vibes, and, of course, the great company.

I'm forever grateful to the fight game for the life I've gotten to live these last 15 years.

Fight fans have watched me grow from a young man in his early 20s, trying to find his place in this crazy world, to a man who now has a better idea of his place in it.

It's taken me to cages and rings all over the world. It's taken me to the big screen. And now, it's taken me inside the Bare Knuckle Ice Wars Ice Box, combining my love for the fight game and hockey all in one. 🥶👊🏼🏒

I can't wait to see where I'll be in the next fifteen years.

Forever dedicated to paying homage to these warriors. Forever focused on being the best I can be. And forever committed to not trying to be anyone else but me.

Categorize this image under “pics that go harder than they should.”

I think the little boy in me wearing an Orlando Magic snapback, begging his parents for Shaq Attaq action figures, always wanting to play as Shaq in NBA Jam, owning all of his early rap albums, playing Shaq-Fu on the Sega Genesis, and getting his tito and tita to rent Kazaam on VHS would think I’m the coolest person ever.

I hope that version of me as a little boy is proud of the man I’ve become.

Even though the current version of me, a man nearing 40, doesn’t always feel great about who I am or what I’ve become, I’d like to think that little kid would look at me and think we turned out pretty damn cool.

I am still absolutely buzzing over how good UFC Freedom 250 was. From top to bottom, every fight delivered.

The epic entrances, the storylines, the skill on display but the most intriguing fight to me was the main event. One of the biggest upsets in combat sports history.

Here are my short form thoughts on the fight that was Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje for the UFC Undisputed Lightweight Championship of the World.
