🌟 Senior Graduate Swimmer Spotlight: Morgan Hobson 🌟

Congratulations to senior swimmer Morgan Hobson on reaching this exciting milestone. πŸ–€πŸ’›

Morgan has been swimming competitively with AMAC since she was nine years old and has grown into a strong and reliable competitor. Over her years she has achieved many provincial and provincial championship time standards as well as a Western time in her favourite event β€” the 50 breaststroke!

Outside of her own swimming, Morgan has shown strong leadership on deck β€” leading activation, team cheers, and coaching with the Mini Marlins and JAG groups. She has been a valued coach and a steady mentor for the younger swimmers while sharing her passion for the sport.

In the fall, Morgan plans to study nursing and sciences as she works toward her long‑term goal of medicine.

Coach Jordan will miss their early morning chats β€” where Morgan kept him updated on all the β€œtea” β€” but is glad she plans to continue swimming whenever school and work allow.

Morgan, AMAC is proud of everything you’ve accomplished - All the best as you take on your next chapter. βπŸ–€πŸ’›

🌟 Senior Graduate Swimmer Spotlight: Abigail Begin 🌟

Congratulations to senior swimmer Abigail Begin on reaching this incredible milestone! πŸ–€πŸ’›

Abigail has been swimming competitively with AMAC since she was eight years old, growing into a powerful, confident athlete and achieving countless provincial and provincial championship times over the years.

Beyond being an outstanding teammate and competitor, Abigail has also been a valued coach with our JAG, TAG, and Mini Marlin groups β€” inspiring younger swimmers with her love for the sport.

When she isn’t in the pool, Abigail is immersed in her other passion: drama and theatre. She has headlined multiple productions at Crescent Heights High School, showcasing her talent and creativity on stage just as she does in the water.

This fall, Abigail will be pursuing her Registered Nursing degree at Medicine Hat College while continuing to coach with AMAC. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome her back on deck this coming season.

Coach Jordan is thankful for all of the memories you’ve made over the years and for always bringing the excitement to your races, making them outstanding performances time and time again!

Thank you for your dedication to AMAC, Abby β€” and all the best in your studies! βπŸ–€πŸ’›
