These aspects include skating, shooting, passing, and puck control. Find Your Stride Hockey Stride Hockey School is designed for all hockey players of all age and ability levels. On-ice program includes 2 one hour sessions per day for 5 consecutive days. becoming an explosive skater depends a number of factors:
1. Leg quickness and flexibility
3. Balance and agility
4. Skating technique, foot spe

Make the most of the day off and level up your game on the ice! Our high-tempo PD Day sessions are designed to sharpen core skills, build confidence, and keep players moving.
⚡ Session Focus:
Skating: Speed, edge work, and explosiveness
Puck Control: Handling and passing under pressure
Shooting: Mechanics and scoring habits
Hockey IQ: Quick decision-making and game-read development
