NEW OWNERSHIP COMING SOON!

River Oaks Golf Club first opened back in 1986. Merlin Kerr, or “Bumpy,” as he was affectionately known, started the business from the ground up, creating a place where all three of his children had the opportunity to work with their father and each other, while contributing to the successful family business.

The entire Kerr family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all River Oaks members, both past and present, along with the many staff who have worked at the course over the past 35 years. The club’s accomplishments would not have been possible without you.

River Oaks is more than a golf course to so many people. It has become a pillar in the community and a place where those who visit are welcomed like family. Now, the time has come for the Kerr family to pass along their business and say goodbye to their extended family. Information on the course’s new owner will be shared in the near future. In the meantime, please know, we are confident they will continue to operate the course with the same care and dedication that we have committed to all these years.

Again, we thank you all and look forward to catching up on the 19th hole.
