Unbeaten run continues as the bowling unit puts on a clinic at Elson to seal a dominant 8 wicket win! 🦁🔥
The unbeaten streak stays alive, but our feet remain firmly planted on the ground. For us, every single match is a fresh start and a brand-new opportunity to prove ourselves.
Desi Boys won the toss at Elson and took the expected route to bat first, but our unit stepped onto the field on a completely different mission. The bowlers set the tone right from the opening over, strangling the run rate and bowling them out for just 96.
Krish Mishra led the charge with an absolute masterclass of a spell, tearing through the lineup with 5 for 12, while Azmi kept things locked down on the other end with a razor-sharp 2 for 5 alongside great backing from the entire attack.
We had a brief hiccup losing a wicket early in the chase, but when one Sher falls, another always rises to take the responsibility. The boys regrouped immediately, anchored down, and polished off the target with absolute authority to seal a dominant 8 wicket win.
