From camper and CIT all the way to Associate Director, Lorne “Berger” represents the very heartbeat of Camp Robin Hood. To celebrate his incredible quarter-century milestone on staff, we are so proud to introduce The Berger Award!
While our Rookie of the Year recognizes a first-year staff on our team, the Berger Award specifically honours the next generation of CRH lifers. Presented annually to an outstanding first-year staff member who graduated from our Leadership Training (LIT/CIT) Program, this award recognizes someone who stepped up in their very first summer, brought relentless joy to their campers, and began building their own CRH legacy.
