We know getting rolled out isn’t fun, but there’s a real reason we put our athletes through it.

Persistent muscle tightness that goes unresolved can alter movement patterns and increase tension in surrounding tissues, contributing to pain, reduced performance, and a higher risk of injury.

Our goal is to address those problem areas, then teach the body better movement patterns that keep athletes healthier and performing at their best. And yes, managing muscle tightness IS part of being an athlete. It isn’t something you do once and never have to think about again.

Take care of the body that allows you to do what you love.

You might hate us during the session... but you’ll love how your body feels after 🤭

Not all sports ask your body to move the same way.

This athlete transitioned from dance to volleyball, but years of training in a hypermobile sport left her with internally rotated knees and constant hyperextension. These patterns don’t always translate well to a sport like volleyball.

Now, we’re rebuilding her movement from the ground up, teaching her body to find stronger, more efficient positions that help reduce pain and improve performance.

Summer is the optimal time to get stronger and faster. For most athletes, this is your off-season and as you know, this is the time we build a solid foundation for the season ahead.

We run speed camps with our athletes to improve acceleration, movement efficiency, and change of direction, while building the mechanics and confidence that translate directly into your sport. The work you put in now sets the tone for the season ahead.

Ready to put in the work?

Let’s talk about knee pain.

We’ve been lucky enough to be working Brian for a few years now and he’s always had issues with knee pain.

After putting in work at the gym, enduring hours of pain, and remaining consistent, we managed to get his pain under control. But life got busy. Training was less consistent for a few weeks, while sport volume increased with more practices and games. And to no surprise, the pain came back.

This athlete’s knee pain is caused by irritation in the popliteal fascia, which is a common issue in volleyball, basketball, and running athletes due to repetitive impact (jumping or running) and loading.

This is a reminder that your body doesn’t care if you’re in-season. It still needs maintenance.

The athletes who perform their best long-term are usually the ones who treat taking care of their body as part of the sport and not something they only do when they’re in pain.

One of the hardest parts of training isn’t the workout itself, but staying committed long enough to see adaptation happen.

A lot of athletes quit a program too early because they expect progress to look dramatic immediately. But athletic development usually happens gradually, then all at once.

Social media has also changed how athletes view training. Everyone sees highlight clips, crazy jumps, and “instant results,” so when their own progress feels slow, they assume something isn’t working.

In reality, some of the best offseason improvements come from doing the boring things consistently:
- Showing up
- Recovering properly
- Repeating movements
- Tracking progress
- Trusting the process even before results are obvious

That’s why consistency matters more than one great session or one big jump.

Real development is repeatable.

What’s harder for you:
Staying patient, or staying consistent?
