Mixed social Tag Rugby Hosted by the Ridge Meadows Bruins Rugby Club, Tag Rugby is the world's fastest growing summer recreational sport.

It is excellent for those who are looking for a fun way to keep in shape, to have fun and meet new people. This is a social sport, and teams consist of 7 players on the pitch with a minimum of 3 ladies on the field at any point. We suggest a Squad of 5/6 ladies and 5/6 men. Ladies get 3 points for a try and men get 1 point. for as low as $4 per week this is a very cheap option for those looking to find an outdoor activity during July and August.
