Manitou Arena is looking for a Zamboni Driver for the upcoming hockey season!

📅 Schedule: Friday–Sunday
🗓️ Season: October 20 – March 30

No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate.

First step in renovation is complete, floors are removed and oh boy does it need some cleaning.

Big things are coming to the Manitou Community Arena! 👀

We’re excited to share that upgrades are on the way for Dressing Rooms 2 and 4, including new seamless flooring, fresh paint, and updated benches.

These improvements will help create a cleaner, more comfortable space for all of our teams and visitors.

The Manitou Community Arena would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jai Levanen for taking on the enormous responsibility of operating the arena kitchen over the past number of years.

Jai’s dedication, time, and commitment have played a huge role in the success of our arena, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. Being named Minor Hockey Volunteer of the Year is a well-deserved recognition, and we couldn’t agree more!

While we are sad to see him step away from this role, we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our community. Thank you, Jai!

The Manitou Community Arena would like to extend a warm welcome to Lindy Dobson as the newest member of our board! Lindy will be taking over the important role of managing bookings and maintaining the arena calendar.

The Manitou Community Arena is looking for a dedicated individual to help manage our bookings and keep our arena calendar up to date!

This role includes:
• Responding to booking requests through the arena email in a timely manner
• Scheduling ice times and events
• Keeping the arena calendar accurate and current

We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with user groups and the public.
