We couldn’t be more excited about this year’s official merch, and it’s all thanks to the incredibly talented Patrizia—the designer, illustrator, and creative force behind Kautzi!
Patrizia creates her artwork through a unique process she calls "drawing with scissors." Before touching a computer, she hand-cuts and tapes together shapes from recycled cardboard boxes. Those rough edges and real textures give every design its handmade charm.
Originally from Germany, Patrizia worked as a designer in Berlin before moving to Baddeck in 2019. Her work blends clean design with a love for local island life, nature, and the Atlantic coast.
