Corefitness

Come try an amazing workout with us!! Many zoom and in person options. They are taught by me (Chrystal Scott), a certified fitness instructor.

Core fitness are workout classes offered at Le College Francais in Longueuil (for all) and at the Albert-Beausoleil park in St-Hubert (babies and moms). My classes are fun while still challenging enough to push you to your limits. Being a mother and working full time, I know it can be tough to take time for yourself but through my passion of working out and instructing and a little effort on your part we can start sculpting your body or keep that figure the way you always wanted!
