The T-shirt order was placed tonight. Our summer session which begins the first Tuesday in July includes a Seaway Karate T-shirt with an embroidered logo. For those that haven’t already confirmed along with shirt size please let me know asap and I can still tweak our order. Thank you.

Great self-defence seminar last night by Shihan Brian Lacroix who has 50+ years of continuous training / instructing at Therien Jiu-jitsu. When I joined the World Kobudo Federation in 1992 he was one of the first people that I met and we have been crossing paths on a regular basis ever since. Shihan Brian will be instructing at Capital Conquest November 7th and 8th in Gatineau Qc.

Excellent ground defense seminar last night by Renshi Eric Chabot from Barber Martial Arts in Orleans. I can see some of these techniques showing up in the self Defense portion of our next Black Belt exams.
