IADC is bringing youth evacuated from northern communities due to wildfires to Windsor, ON and Delaware Nation (Eelŭnaapéewi Lahkéewiit) — starting with capacity-building and youth engagement programming alongside our youth mentor, Ali Altiman, followed by the Team Canada World Junior exhibition game vs Finland.

The National Indigenous Junior Hockey Championships are almost here! July 16–19 at Westwood Arena, Toronto.

This jersey carries a story. Through the Indigenous Heritage Jersey Design Contest, an Indigenous artist created a one-of-a-kind design — and the Strathroy Rockets are sharing their platform, resources, and this version of the jersey with our Wiki Rockets U21 girls.

A Jr. B organization choosing to stand behind an all-Indigenous women’s hockey program — helping close a gap this sport has felt for a long time. Miigwetch to the Strathroy Rockets for the support.

🏒 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — The Thunder Bay Leadership Intensive is HERE. 🎉
The Indigenous Athletic Development Circle (IADC), in partnership with .ca and the Standing Bear Program, are bringing an elite two-day hockey camp to Fort William First Nation Arena on June 5 & 6, 2026 — completely FREE for 10 Indigenous youth from Eabametoong First Nation.
We aren’t a “parachute organization” that drops in once and disappears.
This camp marks our 6th meaningful interaction with the Eabametoong community. Real impact requires real relationships, and we are proud to continue building this legacy together. 🧡

Our Circle of Care mentors will be on the ice with the youth:
⭐ Jake Ritson — GOHL Rookie of the Year, London Knights prospect from Thunder Bay (Friday only)
🥅 Theron Morningstar — GOHL Goaltender, Ojibway from Mississauga First Nation
⚡ Brody Nielissen — Jr. A Hockey Player & IADC Youth Mentor
Two days. Two ice sessions. Leadership workshops. Financial literacy. Cultural activities. And a pathways panel showing the road from minor hockey to the professional stage as an Indigenous athlete.
