This is what movement with Wild and Wellness all about!!!

So grateful to be partnering with Nurturing Behaviours Inc. for this ABA lead dance program the power of movement and ABA strategy.

we are currently offering three different ways to move with us this fall:

1:1 classes!
30 minute sessions, thoughtfully designed around your child this could be learning a new specific skill, moving to a specific soundtrack or building on a focused, gross motor skill.

The Movement Playground!
this class focusses on child lead exploratory movement with many sensory friendly often points. Starting together in a welcoming circle and gentle warm-up, we moved into themed movement invitations, which children explore through guided play and prompts.

Creative Movement!
A more structured supportive class environment that builds participation in group environments in building confidence in movement patterns, and foundational dance skills. Starting with mindfulness and our community circle, class will be guided through creative exercises and dance concepts, finishing with a fun activity that brings it all together!

Classes running as 8 week programs starting this fall!

Lights, Camera, Action! Our last summer Street dance party is this Saturday!

Join us downtown this weekend for a family fun glow party. Lights, glow accessories, dancing, crafts, games, we got it all!

Follow along dance class starts at 8 o’clock! Get your dancing shoes on and come learn a routine to the best songs of the summer.

It’s going to be Glowing with Family Fun! 🌟

These classes are so special to me, each week a theme, each class specifically structured around the students, every child met exactly where they are at.

9:30-10:15 - TOTS (18 months-2 years + caregiver)

10:15-11:00 - MOVEMENT PLAYGROUND (2-3yrs)

11-11:45 - BALLET/JAZZ Combo (4-6)

12-12:45 - MUSICAL THEATRE (7-10)
