All squad participants will receive complimentary rehearsal photos just like the ones you see above - all done from dress rehearsal in the comforts of our community coming together in preparation for the big night!

✨ SEVEN YEARS OF PFA ✨

This past weekend, we celebrated 7 years of PFA, seven years of movement, growth, sweat, laughter, friendships, and so many beautiful moments that have made this community what it is today.

As owners, we truly can’t put into words how grateful we are. PFA would not be what it is without the incredible women who walk through our doors, show up for themselves, support one another, and continue to make this community so special.

And a HUGE part of that growth is our amazing team. Our instructors bring so much heart, passion, creativity, and energy into this space. They pour so much into our members and into PFA, and we are endlessly grateful for every single one of them.

So, we want to keep the celebration going!

📍 Right here at the studio
⏰ Doors open at 7:30pm - party until midnight !

Come spend a night watching the wicked and the wonderful, taste the sweet and the sour and decide if you are truly good 👼🏻 or evil 👹.

Registration to perform in a squad opens August 7th at 5:00 PM.

Cost: $185 + HST with a 15% discount on top for all full time members and a 10% discount on top for all class pack holders. This includes 8 weeks of practices to begin August 23rd, dress rehearsal on October 18th and a complimentary drink ticket on show night for after all of your hard work!
