Meet Jeff 👋 the weak side to my Maximus 🤝

Hopefully now that we’re six weeks into our Season of Strength 8 week challenge…Your Jeff can keep up with your Maximus.

We’ll be looking to see that your right side and left side are balanced for muscle mass on your next InBody scan 👀

Here are some tips to even out your right side versus left side when it comes to strength training:

1️⃣ Always start your sets with your weaker side — This ensures it receives the most energy, focus, and neurological drive before fatigue sets in.

2️⃣ Then on the other side, match but do not exceed reps — This keeps the stronger side in maintenance mode while the weaker side catches up

3️⃣ Focus on form and control — Imbalances are often worsened by momentum and compensation. Ensure both sides move through the exact same full, controlled range of motion without tilting your torso or relying on other muscle groups to cheat the weight up.

Season of Strength is almost complete, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve watched happen inside these studio walls. From lifting heavier than you thought possible, to hitting new personal bests, to simply showing up consistently—you’ve all built strength in so many ways.

Today we said goodbye to our incredible team member, Yulian 🧡

From being our unofficial speed inspiration on the tread 🚀 to genuinely caring about every member who walked through our doors, Yulian brought so much to our studio.

He started as one of our members and turned into our sales staff because he loved Orangetheory so much. He was someone who remembered your goals from chats months ago….asked how your race training was going, followed up on the vacation you mentioned weeks ago, and noticed when you hadn’t been in the studio for a while—always checking in to make sure you were doing okay. Those little moments made such a big difference.

His ability to make every member feel seen, remembered, and supported is something truly special, and it’s a big part of what makes our OTF family feel like home.

Yulian, thank you for every bit of help, every push to “add just 0.1,” every high five, every word of encouragement, and every relationship you built within these orange walls. Your impact reaches far beyond the leaderboard.

While we’re sad to see you go, we’re so grateful for everything you’ve poured into this community and can’t wait to see all that’s ahead for you.

We’re saying a bittersweet goodbye to Yulian as he heads off to his next chapter. He’s brought nothing but unmatched energy and the best motivation to the studio since day one, and he’ll be missed! Make sure to join us for his last class tomorrow, July 6th, at 9:30 AM!🧡
