Meet Micayah ⚡️

Our lead instructor, your hype queen, and the definition of unstoppable energy. If you’ve ridden with her, you already know—she’s always smiling, always pushing, and always bringing the heat 🔥

Self-proclaimed “queen of side quests,” Micayah is the kind of person who thrives with a full plate. From crushing law school, to taking on Spartan races (half marathon next 👀), to hitting the podium in adult gymnastics competitions—she does it all, and somehow makes it look fun.

And when she’s not flipping, running, studying, or vibing at concerts… she’s right here on the bike, leading the room and turning every ride into an experience 🚴‍♀️

Meet JACK⚡️ Don’t let the quiet, laid-back first impression fool you, once you get to know Jack, he’s easily one of the chattiest, funniest people in the room. He’s the kind of guy who’s the life of the party with his friends: full of laughter, quick jokes, and the type of energy that naturally pulls people in. Everyone wants to be around him… and once you are, you get why!

On the bike? A whole different level. Jack is strong — and not just in power, but in presence. His form, ex*****on, and music are nothing short of perfection. Every class is intentionally built to push you, but always balanced with good vibes, and a playlist that hits hard every. single. time.💪

Off the bike, he’s a total sweetheart. A huge dog lover, fiercely loyal to his friends, and someone who appreciates a classy outing just as much as a high-energy night.✨
