Huge congrats to our costume contest winners for fully embracing the theme! A great day for U16AA Lynx with unforgettable fun from the Fairies to the Sharks.

Despite thunderstorm threats, we skipped the 5 km run and dove into Pickleball. Shoutout to Grace for her support despite a minor injury. More than wins, it was about team building, bonding, laughter, and our new workout shirts. ALL HEART. ALL IN.

There's still time to join the U10-U12 section and dive into the action with the group this evening. Don't miss out on 11 weeks of excitement, growth, and ringette!

We are now accepting applications for coaching positions for our Regional ringette teams. This includes U12A, Fun3, U12R, U14R, U16R and U19R.

The deadline for submissions is July 1st 2026. Applicants will be contacted in July for an interview, when applicable.

Coaching a Regional ringette team can be an extremely rewarding way to be involved with your team and help make the most of the season ahead. New coaches are welcome to apply, especially at the Fun3 and U12R level. There is lots of help available to ensure newer coaches have the support they need for a successful season.

Congratulations to Team Fury, who won the 2026 Kingston Prospects Ringette Invitational this past weekend in the U16AA division. This team was a mix of AA and A players from London, Burlington, Mitchell, Sunderland, Barrie, Waterloo, and Chatham! Sophie Reed was the lone LRA representative.

Congratulations to members of team Shock who won the 2026 Montreal Ringette Challenge over this past weekend. This team was a mix of players from London, Burlington, and Kitchener and included LRA players Charlotte Sheppard, Natalie Parsons, Keera Watt, Tara Crinklaw, Eve Jackson, Ella Sharpe, Zoe Maddox, and Greer Boughner.

We are excited to announce the 2026/2027 U14A Head Coach!

Ainsley has been playing at Markham-Stouffville Ringette for 13 years, and has been a coach at the U14 and U16 levels at MSRA for four years. She has been playing at a provincial level since U12 and has developed a passion for ringette from her time as a player and volunteer throughout her life, and finished her minor career on the LRA U19A team. She hopes to give the LRA U14A team an unforgettable year and hopes to develop this group’s passion for ringette, as her coaches did for her, while growing up in organized sport!
