☀️ Summer Social after Saturday’s Workout! ☀️

This week, don’t rush off after class! 💕

I’d love for you to stick around for a few minutes (or longer!) so we can slow down, chat, laugh, and continue to build the amazing community that makes Live Love Sweat so special.

What to bring:
☕ Your favourite tea or coffee in a thermos (if you’d like!)

I’ll provide:
🍋 My homemade electrolyte drink to help you refuel after your workout.
🧁 My favourite homemade banana protein muffins for a post-workout treat.

Whether you can stay for 5 minutes or 30, I’d love to see you there. There’s no agenda—just good conversation, encouragement, and time spent together.

Sometimes the best part of fitness isn’t just the workout… it’s the friendships we build along the way. ❤️

🌼 This is our last spring workout together!

Starting next Tuesday, we’ll switch to our summer schedule with early morning classes most Tuesdays and Saturdays. Get your workout done before work, before the heat, or before the busy summer day begins!
