Downtown Yoga Holistic Centre1 Downtown Yoga is located in the heart of London. We offer a variety of yoga classes, dance, meditation and thai yoga massage.

The Downtown Yoga Holistic Centre enables its clients to find peace and harmony in their busy lives. With three state of the art studios, with exposed brick walls and in-floor heat, we offer flexibility to our members and a variety of classes. Now offering a variety of dance classes : salsa, tango, ballroom, wedding dance choreography, belly dance, journey dance.

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
