they help us add challenge, offer modifications, support proper form and keep your body guessing in the best way. whether it’s weights, bands, pilates balls, blocks, or something different, every prop has a purpose.

from personal training to group classes, Lucas brings so much knowledge, encouragement, and care into everything he does. whether he’s leading a full body strength class, working one-on-one with clients in our personal training studio, or coaching our tiny titans through movement made just for kids ages 4-8, his passion for helping others feel stronger and more confident always shows.

here’s why he started teaching: “My passion is helping others to feel & perform better. Embracing discomfort and working through wellness challenges with our members is what motivates me. Knowing that I am helping them craft a better, healthier version of themselves is very rewarding!”
