One of the biggest misconceptions is that swim lessons and lifeguarding are just for teenagers.

Recently, we had a student who was 45 years older than most of our class. Instead of letting age hold him back, he committed himself to the challenge.

💪 Over 120 hours of training in just a few weeks.
