There are countless reasons we’re grateful to celebrate this milestone, but these are 30 that have made Dance Extreme what it is today.

We love sharing and celebrating the guiding principles of our DX Manifesto💙 At we not only teach your little stars to dance, we 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱. This is what makes Dance Extreme special!

We thank our incredible Dance Extreme Inc. families for embarking on their dance journey with us and upholding our values every step of the way.

The teen years can be challenging and uncertain, which is why having a positive outlet and supportive community matters so much. 🤍

Dance gives teens a place to build confidence, express themselves, work toward goals, and feel connected to something bigger than themselves. Through movement, discipline, and community, dancers learn to trust themselves and grow stronger both mentally and physically.

The confidence built through dance often carries into school, relationships, future opportunities, and everyday life when teens need it most.

Confidence starts one step at a time! 💜✨

Our Petite Jazz classes are perfect for dancers ages 7–10 who are ready to grow their skills while having fun. Dancers will build a strong jazz foundation through engaging choreography, age appropriate music, and exciting combinations that improve technique, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and performance quality.

Class Times:
✨ Wednesday: 5:15–6:00 PM • Petite 2 Jazz
✨ Thursday: 6:00–6:45 PM • Petite 1½ Jazz
✨ Saturday: 9:00–9:45 AM • Petite 2/3 Jazz
✨ Saturday: 9:45–10:30 AM • Petite 1 Jazz

From learning new turns and jumps to expressing themselves through movement, every class helps dancers gain confidence and discover the joy of jazz!

SUMMER CONTINUES...with our newly added Week of Summer Dance Camp+

Join us August 31 through September 4 for Shark Week, with a week of dance, activities, crafts and shark-themed fun.🦈 In addition, we are offering PA Day Camps on September 2 and 3rd for your camper to enjoy if they wish to only attend for one or two days!

With afternoon stream offering;

S.T.E.A.M – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math – Get innovative and creative in these afternoon sessions.

It’s a great way to finish off summer and keep the kids busy before heading back to school.💙 Register now!

We’re excited to welcome Michael Missios to Dance Extreme for our Summer Intensive on September 2nd! 💙

A Toronto based dancer, teacher and choreographer, Michael trained with the inaugural class of the CLI Conservatory, where he worked alongside and assisted leading industry professionals including Teddy Forance, Tyce Diorio and Debra Vega.

His career has taken him around the world, performing with MSC Cruises and Royal Caribbean, originating the lead role in LoveBlooms aboard MSC Seascape and serving as Dance Captain aboard Wonder of the Seas and Utopia of the Seas.

Most recently, Michael stepped into the television and commercial world, working as a dance double for an upcoming Crave series and booking his first worldwide commercial campaign!

We can’t wait for our dancers to learn from Michael and experience his energy on September 2nd!
