Our Puppy Low Impact & Mobility class was everything we hoped it would be.
There is something so special about slowing down, moving your body with intention, and sharing the space with a room full of playful puppies. It was the perfect reminder that movement doesnāt always have to be intense to leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and happier than when you walked in.
Thank you to every single person who came out and made this class such a fun and memorable experience. Your support not only creates an amazing community within BFITNESS but also helps shine a light on an incredible local organization doing life-changing work.
A very special thank you to Kristen and the entire team at SCAAR London. We are so grateful for your continued partnership and for always taking the time to bring these amazing puppies to our events. Your dedication to rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for these dogs is truly inspiring, and we are honoured to be a small part of helping share your mission with our community.
Watching so many smiles, hearing all the laughter, and seeing our members interact with these incredible pups is something weāll never get tired of. These classes are always a reminder that fitness is about so much more than exercise. Itās about connection, giving back, supporting local organizations, and creating experiences that leave people feeling better in every way.
Thank you again to everyone who joined us, and thank you, Kristen and SCAAR London, for making these classes possible. We already canāt wait to do it again.

OMG! Todayās class showed what our community is all about! šØš¦š
Our class today was in teams:
EH Team

We all moved through 4 blocks & had a farmer carry relay friendly competition!
At the end of the workout after we pushed for 40 minutes, we did Canadian Trivia with the EH Team winning!
Bās Hoezzz crushed the farmer relay!
All teams showed up and worked together to complete the class as a unit! Weāre so proud of everyone who showed up and put in the WORK today on their holiday!
Thankful for the amazing turn out and women coming to spend time with US on holidays!ā¤ļø

Looking at these two photos, I donāt just see two different gyms. I see two different versions of me.
The woman in the first photo had a dream that was bigger than the four walls around her.
She was excited, terrified, hopeful, overwhelmed, and constantly wondering if she was making the right decision.
She had no idea if people would walk through the doors. No guarantee the bills would get paid. No blueprint for how to build a business. Just a vision and a willingness to work harder than she ever had before.
There were so many moments that tested me.
The setbacks.
The sacrifices.
The self-doubt.
The long days that turned into even longer nights.
The weight of wondering if I could really make this work.
There were times I questioned everything.
But every challenge taught me something. Every mistake made me a better leader. Every obstacle made me stronger.
Now I look at the second photo.
Yes, itās a bigger space, but thatās not what I notice first.
I see a woman who believes in herself in a way she never did before.
I see someone who has learned that confidence is something you build by doing hard things over and over again.
I see a community that started with one small idea and grew into something that has impacted thousands of women.
I see friendships, milestones, celebrations, tears, laughter, and women discovering strength they never knew they had.
The biggest transformation wasnāt the gym at allā¦.
It was me.
I became stronger, more resilient, more confident, and more willing to bet on myself. Every challenge, setback, and moment of doubt shaped the person I am today.
For a long time, I thought I was chasing a bigger building.
I wasnāt.
I was becoming someone who could carry the weight of a dream that once felt impossible.
And thatās the version of me Iām most proud of.
The gym grew because I grew.
And while Iām incredibly proud of everything weāve built, Iām even more grateful for the person this journey has allowed me to become.
Hereās to continuing to grow, together. š¤

100 classes and counting!
This milestone represents so much more than just a number. It represents commitment, discipline, growth, and choosing yourself over and over again.
For Jess, these 100 classes have meant countless early mornings, setting that alarm before the sun comes up, and making the decision to show up even when motivation wasnāt there. It means prioritizing her health, investing in herself, and proving that consistency really does add up.
Life is busy. There are always reasons to skip a workout, hit snooze, or put yourself at the bottom of the list. But Jess continued to show up, one class at a time, and those small decisions have turned into a huge accomplishment.
The best part about this milestone isnāt just the 100 classes. Itās the strength sheās built, the confidence sheās gained, the habits sheās created, and the example she sets for the women around her. Every early morning class, every workout completed, and every time she chose to walk through our doors brought her closer to this moment.
We are so proud of your dedication and the commitment youāve made to yourself. Thank you for being such an incredible part of the BFITNESS community and for reminding us that progress comes from simply continuing to show up.
Please help us celebrate Jess and her incredible accomplishment of 100 classes! (Instagram-less Jess) ā¤ļø
Hereās to the next 100.

100 classes and counting!
A huge congratulations to Rachel on completing her 100th class at BFITNESS.
What makes this milestone even more impressive is how many of those classes happened before most people were even awake. Early mornings arenāt always easy, but Rachel continues to show up, put in the work, and make herself a priority.
Through busy days, responsibilities, and everything life throws her way, she keeps choosing herself and her health. That consistency adds up, and 100 classes is proof of what can happen when you commit to showing up, one workout at a time.
Weāre so proud of everything youāve accomplished so far and canāt wait to see whatās next.
Help us celebrate Rachel in the comments!āØā¤ļø
Weāre so proud of her!
