Last week was one busy week. We teamed up with Amanda Bates labs to carry out a Reef Life Survey to contribute to an ongoing time-series capturing Newfoundland and Labrador’s biodiversity.

We had great weather and great locations.

We started of this week in Holyrood searching for a deep sea cucumber 🥒. We used a bottom grab device (usually used to collect bottom sediment samples) in order to get lucky and get some cucumbers. Unsuccessful unfortunately. We did however come across a sunfish and got some footage.
